A huge huge huge thank you to Taylor, Stevie, and all the other amazing people behind the scenes who made our wedding day so utterly perfect!! 

We couldn't have asked for a better day, a better venue, or better people to look after us, not only on the day but throughout the whole planning process. Through all the heartache of postponement, we were treated with so much understanding, kindness, and incredible professionalism. I am so so grateful that we booked our day with Vaulty, and thankful for all the team who put in so much work to make our wedding day so memorable. We couldn't have wished for more! 

Also, just to say that the venue looked so beautiful and the work that has been done over the past couple of years to improve and maintain it was not unnoticed. We had so many comments on what a perfect venue it was, and that the day had such a lovely, relaxed feeling to it.

I will be recommending Vaulty to anyone and everyone I can. Thank you to everyone for making this experience so wonderful, I wish we could have the day all over again!!

We received so many compliments that the staff serving on the night was lovely also and it made such a difference to our guests, so wanted to thank them also.

We've been through a few ups and downs since booking Vaulty and when you stepped in we began to feel safe again, every detail, every change you kept up with, and you even gave the idea for the Christmas tree baubles for the children when we did the last walkthrough (which went down really well!)

Even when I arrived and everything was off-schedule, you came in and kept the first thing first which was us getting married and persisted in keeping us on time. Not an easy feat in the face of a few vendors but it was exactly what I needed and wanted! Even grabbing my train and running me across the courtyard in the nick of time!

You even noticed Alex looking nervous, although he has the most non-expressive face lol! 

I cannot even express my delight when I heard that the rooms were ready earlier than planned on top of people telling us how beautiful the venue was, much of my family are from south London, and our furthest guest came 6 hours from Manchester, their breath was taken away entering the grounds which is exactly what we wanted.

Naturally, both friends and family became curious about returning to Vaulty Manor in the summer for a staycation or family reunion; regardless of what comes of and if it's at Vaulty Manor or not that you, specifically as an event co-ordinator will always be top of mind so, please do stay in touch!

We had our wedding at Vaulty Manor on 5th of August this year and we had the most amazing day. Even when booking the venue over two years ago everyone was so friendly, around 9 months before the wedding we were introduced to Jenny our wedding co-ordinator who was fantastic. She made me feel at ease, always answered our questions and kept on top of everything. 

On the day… it rained alllll day! I was so upset leading up to the wedding because I desperately wanted to get married in the newly refurbished outdoor ceremony area but it didn’t matter. 

When I arrived everything was already underway, Jenny and the team literally decorated the whole venue exactly as I wished and I then didn’t care about not getting married outside. 

The venue were also so lenient about certain things I wanted to bring/use on the day whereas other venues I know would’ve charged extra. I’m so grateful to have got married at Vaulty manor, it’s a beautiful venue, everyone has said how amazing the food was and it was so special to have all our day guests stay and have breakfast the next morning. 

Thank you also to the recommended suppliers, Jo at Browns Blooms and Balloons and Michelle at Occasion Covered for the beautiful flowers and decor. What a lovely team, we would do anything to have the day again.

We had what I can only describe as the most perfect day here for our wedding! 

We booked last January for March this year and for a few months (as expected I guess) communication was a little sparse; however after speaking to the manager we was notified that our current coordinator was actually leaving and we was due another, this is when Liane took over our wedding. We cannot fault Liane, she was attentive in every way, she was always contactable and because she was planning her own wedding was extremely relatable and comforting. We arrived in the morning of the wedding and although we was all completely running around like headless chickens, especially my husband; Liane & Co managed to stay calm and collected and brought it together.

We’ve been to Vaulty Manor at every opportunity but I cannot say enough how blown away we were when we saw it our wedding day. It exceeded every expectation of how we dreamt it would look, along with the suppliers the team literally made us feel like we had stepped into a fairytale. Absolutely every detail of our day was perfect!

We genuinely are so pleased that we chose here to marry and we would do it again in a heartbeat, thank you so much for making our wedding day everything it was!

Everything being on site made it run smoothly and easy. I was also able to have the Manor House the night before and this topped the wedding weekend off completely.

We would just like to make a comment about Jenny Marper. She was absolutely incredible on the wedding day and in the lead up to the wedding. Just from our wedding alone, she was juggling several different requests from both me and my partner, who had surprises for each other. She was calming and bent over backwards to try and facilitate any request made. She also contacted me 6 weeks before the wedding to advise me that I was able to have the Manor House and set this all up so there was no issues. She also allowed access to the barn to set up the day before which just made the whole wedding run as smooth as possible. She is an absolute credit to the Vaulty Manor Team.

Our wedding day at Vaulty Manor was just perfect. We stayed on site for 2 days/nights and the food, service and our wedding coordinator Gemma were amazing. We spent 2 years planning our wedding and Gemma helped us to create our vision. With regular touch points on the run up to the wedding, no question was left unanswered. Our wedding day was just perfect and we want to thank Gemma and her team in making our vision come true! 

The rooms on site were perfect for the type of wedding we wanted, allowing all of loved ones to be able to stay on site with us the night before and night of the wedding. This made it extra special and also less stressful on the morning of the wedding. Knowing that all key guests were there and also knowing we had set everything up the day before meant we could relax and enjoy the build up. 

Gemma and the Vaulty Manor team went the extra mile for us on the day providing a service that blew our minds. 

From a family BBQ, and pool time the day before. To ensuring all timings and plans were perfectly executed on the big day, including a first touch, getting our tribe down the aisle to perfected timings without us seeing each other, fireworks and more!

Overall, we could not fault it, everyone keeps telling us that it’s the best wedding they have ever been to and we owe that to Vaulty Manor and their collaboration with our other wonderful suppliers, many recommended by them! 

We have made some wonderful friends in the process and we were sad for it all to end!We will be back to visit Vaulty Manor and the team at a wedding fair or food tasting session soon!

We got married at Vaulty Manor on the 24th of October and to say they were amazing would be an understatement. Our wedding planner Stevie was incredible from the moment we booked onwards. On the day we had a major hiccup with mine and my bridesmaids dresses not turning up until 5 minutes before the ceremony. Stevie and the staff at Vaulty Manor did everything they could to keep the day running as it should. They were so helpful and kept our guests entertained and Stevie did her best to keep myself and Nigel calm. once the dresses arrived the rest of the day was incredible. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat. Honestly we don't have the words to describe how happy we are with these wonderful people. Thank you all so much and Stevie you are an angel! xx

The amount that I was asking / emailing / calling Taylor, she was so professional and fun. Taylor kept checking up on us throughout the morning whilst getting ready and just making her presents known.

Stevie was super helpful and friendly. We loved everything about our wedding. 

I have not got 1 bad thing to say about Vaulty Manor, it truly was the best day and we have no complaints. The staff were so approachable and friendly, I thought of them as my friends during the planning!! Thank you everyone at Vaulty Manor who helped us with our big day. We are 9 weeks post wedding and cannot stop thinking about it all, it was the best experience ever and would do it all again if we could. Wish we could come back more haha!

Wow, what can we say! The best day of our lives at the absolute best venue! We looked around at a few venues but as soon as we visited Vaulty Manor we knew it was the venue for us! Stevie our co ordinator was great on the lead up to the wedding day and so helpful on the wedding day, making sure everything was set up just how we wanted. If you're looking for an amazing venue for your wedding day, we cannot recommend Vaulty manor enough!

I cannot believe that after all of that planning and endless emails our day is finally over and we have been married 2 months. I don’t quite know how to put in to words how amazing our experience was at Vaulty Manor, and a huge amount of that was down to you from our first meeting up until the time we said goodbye you were amazing. Every phone call and email was answered instantly and although I must have driven you mad, I never once felt like I was a problem, nothing was too much trouble and I honestly was made to feel like I was the only bride you were dealing with. You went above and beyond, even pulling some suppliers in line when they were being awkward. I honestly can’t thank you enough, I know it is your job but you can tell when someone loves their job and you clearly do love yours, I felt like what ever little thing that mattered to me, mattered to you and that truly is everything to a bride.

Me and my wife had our wedding day on 25.06.23 and from the moment we booked we just felt in safe hands, the venue itself was incredible with so much potential to really add our touches to make our day reflect us, the grounds are absolutely stunning with the scenery being perfect for photos. our wedding coordinator Gemma was outstanding from the beginning and always kept in touch regularly to see how our preparations were going to see if there was anything she could help with. The team was unbelievable on the day of the wedding; helping us get the barn dressed and organised, the catering team providing us with one of the best BBQ wedding breakfasts that went down so well with every single guest there, offering amazing alternatives for vegetarian guests. From start to finish the whole team here made our day feel so special to us. We could not recommend Vaulty Manor any higher. 

Everything was amazing. Leading up to the day, I was able to contact the team whenever I needed to, someone always got back to me very quickly. Jenny was incredible and went over everything 3 or 4 times before the day. On the day, the entire team was amazing. We have had so many comments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was, how wonderful the staff were, how amazing and delicious the food was and a lot of comments on how they had never had a good roast potato at wedding before our one! Everyone was so impressed with the venue and the staff.

Thank you to the whole team at Vaulty Manor who made our special day 07.09.2022 as amazing as it was. Jemilla, our wedding coordinator was amazing from day one. Everything ran so smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The in-house catering team also went above and beyond to accommodate us, and I couldn’t recommend getting married at Vaulty enough. We had the most perfect day & wish we could do it all again

I would like to start by saying the biggest Thank You to our coordinator Stevie and all the team at Vaulty Manor for making our wedding dreams come true, from our very first viewing we loved everything about this venue and no other venue compared.

The feeling we got when we first arrived at the stunning Vaulty Manor was breath-taking and we knew from that moment that was the place where we wanted to get married.

Any questions or queries we had before our big day were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble, we left our final coordinator meeting feeling very relaxed and excited knowing our day was in safe hands, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day and everything ran so smoothly.

We are still getting compliments to this day about how perfect the whole day was from the picturesque grounds/accommodation to how friendly the team were. 

Having our friends & family be able to stay at our venue was perfect and what a way to end to our wedding by having breakfast the next morning with all our close friends & family, the food was amazing, and we got so many comments on how delicious the BBQ & canapés were.

Vaulty Manor was everything and more which made our day so perfect, we cannot speak more highly of this venue and the wonderful team, we would recommend anyone looking for a venue to book, we wish we could do our beautiful day all over again!

You were all so willing to help on the day and always readily available when we needed you. I was so impressed during the morning whilst we were all busy getting ready, Stevie, our wedding coordinator was popping in regularly to check we had everything we needed. Although getting everyone ready was pretty manic, you made everything else a breeze. Guests commented on how brilliant the day was and how you all did us proud on the day. We couldn't agree more!!! Our parents were so impressed, too. They absolutely loved it and were honestly blown away by how well the day went. You are all clearly very experienced in what you do and this showed as the day ran so smoothly. The food on the day was equally as impressive! It looked brilliant and tasted so good! The portions were generous and so many guests commented on how tasty the food was. The breakfast the next day was also spot on. Absolutely amazing! Gemma was the absolute best!!! We couldn’t have done it without her. 

The most amazing venue, fantastic staff and delicious food.

We were originally supposed to be married June 2020 at a different venue. After a nightmare of an experience with the other venue we left it 2 yrs before rebooking our wedding/viewing venues.

Vaulty Manor was recommended to me by my brother who runs an Events business. The venue is truly stunning with lots of accommodation for guests. Liane was our coordinator and really did everything to make our day so special. We got married 18th August 2023 and it was the best day of our lives. The Staff were all amazing. Liane was in touch with us in the months before the wedding, ensuring everything was planned accordingly and was always a phone call / meeting away if we needed anything.

The DJ Sean (and his son Louis) played the best music. We also had Sister Sax join us for an hour in the evening.

The catering team were incredible and ensured all guests were accommodated, even those with dietary requirements.

The table swags/chair covers by Michelle at Occasions Covered were beautiful.

We was so worried at the beginning due to our nightmare experience with another venue but Vaulty Manor were absolutely amazing and really put our minds and ease which helped us enjoy the planning and the day itself.

You were so helpful with every little question that we had, flexible if we wanted something a certain way and so amazing on the actual day!

The day before the wedding, when we were setting up, you were there for any questions and were always offering everyone a drink, which went down very well with the parents!

At the wedding, we could see you always were running back and forth to help set things up, you were always asking if we needed anything and kept us to timings as much as possible. Quite often you'd already thought to do something without us asking, having you as our coordinator was effortless and made our wedding day as smooth as possible. Our photographer spoke so highly of you as well! 

We will be completing the other feedback email we received last week but wanted to give you a personal thank you for all your hard work.

Vaulty Manor was the perfect wedding venue! Beautiful location, our photos looked amazing whereever we took them. The outdoor ceremony area was perfect (we had rain that morning and right at the last second I decided I still wanted it outside and the team just got it done!). Jenny was our wedding coordinator and we just got on so well. She was happy all the time, even when I was stressing over nothing, and nothing was too much for her, even with me demanding things less than 24 hours before! On the day, both Jenny and Liane just absolutely smashed it out the park and both myself and my groom and our guests had such an amazing relaxed day. It literally couldn't have gone better if we tried! Thank you so much everyone. From the Frosts!
